Our Smart Pet Care System features a Beacon, a Wi-Fi Camera, and an App that communicate together to bridge the gap between pets and their owners when separated.

By enabling owners to track their pet's behaviour, stimulate, or soothe their pet to keep them happy and content while home alone.

Why We Do What We Do

Animals are close to our hearts at Pet Instincts, in fact, most of our team are dog owners who know all too well the highs (and let's also be honest - the lows!) in caring for a pet.

Sparking from a university passion project, Pet Instincts was inspired by our founder Anil's beloved dog Nicki. In her later years, Nicki experienced attachment issues such as separation anxiety. Which left Anil with the daily problem of how to leave his dog at home alone knowing that she would be happy. Realising he wasn't the only pet owner dealing with this, in fact being one of millions, Anil was inspired to take an innovative approach to providing a pet welfare solution.

Mental health is an underserved segment of the pet care market, so we pride ourselves on taking a more ethical and sustainable approach to pet wellness that caters to both the needs of the pet and its owner.

‍How We Are Going to Change the Industry

We are the movement to humanise animals, recognising them as family members and appropriately that they deserve a higher standard of care. We do not anthropomorphise. We understand the dog's ethogram and provide a bridge in between their needs into our human world.

Our mission to improve the quality of life of our beloved companions. Pet owners need more consideration, more versatility, and simply more impact from a product to help them care for a pet on an everyday basis, and even more so if their pet is experiencing behavioural issues.
